1️⃣ Weatherproofing of External Walls
External walls are directly exposed to harsh weather conditions. Paint alone cannot prevent water ingress—especially during monsoons.
We recommend application of high-performance waterproof coatings with UV resistance, flexibility, and hydrophobic properties to ensure the building façade remains protected for years.

2️⃣ External Crack Rectification
Cracks are common due to thermal expansion, shrinkage, and poor construction quality. These are treated based on the crack size:
- Cracks > 1mm
- Open the crack along its full length
- Fill with elastomeric sealants such as PU or acrylic-based sealants
- Finish with a protective waterproof coating
- Cracks ≤ 1mm
- Fill using non-shrink grout as a sealing material

600 ml = 120 RM/mm (Running Meter per mm depth)
3️⃣ Expansion Joint Treatment
Buildings naturally expand and contract due to temperature variations, causing stress on joints.
Expansion joints are introduced to absorb this stress and prevent cracks. These need special treatment:
- Clean and prepare the joint
- Insert backer rod (for depth management)
- Apply PU Sealant
- For high-stress zones, apply an aluminum cover plate
- Topcoat with suitable waterproofing material
